What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers a one-time replacement or refund in cases of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is intended to protect our customers from product issues and ensure satisfaction. To prevent abuse, each product is eligible for one replacement or refund only. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear.

Are accidental damages covered under the warranty?

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or products used for purposes other than intended. For accidental damages, please check with your homeowner's or renter’s insurance for possible coverage.

Is the warranty transferable if I give the product as a gift?

Yes, our warranty is transferable to gift recipients. Simply ensure that the recipient registers the product under their name to activate the warranty.

Do I need to register my product to activate the warranty?

Yes, product registration is required to activate the Lifetime Warranty. You can register your product online by filling out our warranty registration form with your purchase details.

What happens if my product is discontinued?

Does the warranty cover normal wear and tear?

Are refurbished or second-hand products covered under the warranty?

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to new products purchased from authorized retailers. Products purchased from resellers, second-hand markets, or unauthorized retailers may not be covered.
