Care in brief
- Hand wash only in warm water with a little washing-up liquid. Never soak. Never the dishwasher.
- Dry immediately with a cloth and stand upright in the holder.
- Oil or wax regularly — monthly, or when the wood looks pale. Thin layer, leave overnight, buff off.
- Keep away from heat — not a trivet; radiators and direct sun crack wood.
- Raw meat — keep one board for raw meat.
- Board wax (Premium set): coconut oil and beeswax, food-contact tested. Not edible. Keep out of reach of children.
